Conditions and Contest Rules
-One entry per artist
-Artist must be 18 years old and older
-Entries should be primarily composed of recycled materials
-Size restriction 2'x2'x2' minimum 3'x4'x8'maximum
-Deadline for submission August 15, 2009
- Finalists will be notified by Sept. 7, 2009
-Whole House Building Supply and Salvage will exhibit the finalists' work in an outdoor exhibit in October to be held in the garden (1955 Pulgas Ave., East Palo Alto, CA., 94303).
-September 27th-October 4th----Sculptures on exhibit at WHBS
-October 1st Scrap2Sculpt Party in the garden at WHBS from 4-7 pm. Winners will be announced.
-October 6 thru 28 winners will exhibit their work at the Palo Alto City Hall.
-While the utmost care will be taken when handling the sculptures, Whole House Building Supply and Salvage or any of its representatives will not be held responsible for damage or loss from any cause.
-Awards of cash, merchandise and gift certificates will be presented after the judges have determined the finalists.
-The winners will have their sculptures exhibited at Palo Alto City Hall in October. Child safe sculptures will have a chance to exhibit at the Children's Discovery Museum in San Jose.

How to Enter
-Entries may be submitted by mailing a digital entry on CD or a photograph along with the completed entry form.
-Image dimensions must be no larger that 1024x768 pixels in jpeg format only.
-CD or photos must be labeled clearly with your first and last name and phone number
-"All CDs, Digital and/or photographic entry submissions become the property of Whole House Building Supply and Salvage, and the artist will retain all rights to reproduction"
-CDs and or photographs will not be returned to artists.
